Looking for project manager

We are looking for a native English speaking, fully remote freelance project manager/assistant, who can provide support to our team across several design, web development and general marketing projects.

- Ideally this person is a full time freelancer, for the right person we offer a minimum 20 hours per week of work
- For successful candidates this can increase up to 40 hours per week.
- This rate will be increased after 2 months depending on performance.

**Requirements:**

- *native English speaker, able to communicate and write clear/concise/professional English in a business context
- Can adapt to working hours of the UK (9am-6pm GMT), have some availability to support us on demand - if you are already working full time for others during the day then it wouldn't be the right fit for you.
- Ideally based in South Africa, UK or Europe, but not essential
- *Highly reliable & punctual, can meet deadlines consistently, with great communication
- Have similar experience working as a VA or project assistant
- *Great attention to details

Below are some of the regular tasks you might be working on:

- Research oriented tasks
- Collaborating with other team members across design, development and marketing
- Putting together marketing design banners or videos using Figma, Canva
- Communicate requirements & details between clients and internal team,
- Organise and schedule deadlines and meetings
- Uploading scheduling daily social media posts and YouTube
- Preferably have experience work with Asana or Trello
- Editing Video Transcripts
- Editing blog posts
- Searching for relevant images for Content
- Checking blog posts to meet SEO required guideline
- Content creator liaison

We will carry out a test project (paid) for several candidates, for the candidates who passed this can be a great long term project for you.In your application, please include your:
