Looking for long term Virtual Assistance / Business Admin

Looking for a business admin to help with administrative duties and marketing support for 2 businesses.

1. First business is an IT hardware supplier that recycles and refurbishes used and unwanted IT equipment and distributes this refurbished equipment globally to those who need it.
2. Second business Is a medical grade hygiene company that provides long term disinfecting solutions for Covid-19 and other diseases.

The candidate will have to quickly understand these industries and be really passionate about recycling, sustainability, International trade, hygiene and wellness.

Core duties include:

* Sales and purchase invoicing and order processing tasks
* Chasing up delivery of orders to clients
* Replying to emails and answering some calls
* Researching about our company and industry and posting some creative social media posts
* Managing orders on online shops
* carrying out some social media lead generation
* CRM management and tidying of data
* Close communication with myself to assist with growth of the business

We would require around 20 Hours per week for this project, but if you could commit more that would be amazing. Some days will be busier than others and we hope that you will grow with our companies with the chance to earn a full time salary in 3-6 months.

We will pay £250 a month and we can increase this with time. We will also pay bonuses for successful lead generation.

The perfect candidate would have the following:

* Several years of admin and customer service experience
* Experience using accounting software such as Xero, freshbooks and use of invoices and purchase orders
* Experience using CRM, excel, outlook, etc
* Experience of dealing with International trade and delivery of goods across borders would be highly desirable
* Some content creation and blog writing skills
* Experience with Linkedin, Facebook, Amazon, Shopify and email marketing
* Well organised, attention to detail and is a perfectionist
* Dedicated, ambitious, passionate about what they do and is an entrepreneur
