Looking for a great flexible VA to work with me :)

I am looking for a VA who is able to work with me ad hoc. I am so busy I am drowning and need somebody fabulous and trustworthy that I can pass things sidesways to in the knowledge it will just be done :)

My best guess is that I have enough work for somebody to do 2 hours a day - maybe more.
