Look up contact details for companies in Canada

I have a list of 100 Canadian employers. I need someone to find the HR Manager (or equivalent) in each company and find their email address as well as phone number. Where you can't find an individual's phone number, include the general company phone number.

This can likely be done via LinkedIn or their company websites pretty easily.

The deliverable should be an Excel spreadsheet or Google Doc Spreadsheet with the following columns:
- Employer name
- HR manager name
- Official job title (please look up on LinkedIn once you know the person's name)
- email address
- phone number
