Linkedin email data lists expert

MUST HAVE LINKEDIN PREMIUM. I need an email data lists expert to compile some email list specific to roles/titles and location on linkedin. Please only apply if you have the software for this and have a linkedin premium programme and can upload to lists in mailchimp directly (and know how to do this). 10 cents per contact, so 500 is $50 etc. I would like 500 to start. If it works there will be regular work. I need someone skilled and reliable.
