Lettings research assistant NEEDED URGENTLY

UK based (ONLY - we will check to confirm you are genuinely based in the UK) research assistant required to make UK calls to lettings agents to gather data on available properties for valuation research. The chosen freelancer will conduct valuation searches via various platforms.
A prepaid phone sim and debit card will be provided for this aspect of the task. The aim is to carry out searches on at least 30 listings per day or 150 per week. The Freelancer must be strategic in their searches to cover a broad geographic area of greater London encompassing the North, south east and west as well as the areas in between

This is ideal part time work for a student looking to make extra cash on the side

WARNING!! All results will be checked (on a daily basis) to ensure the lists being created aren't fictitious
Properties that have already been let cannot be added to the list.
This is a daily market assessment and therefore must be accurately curated to correctly reflect current market conditions.
