Lead Conversion Assistant for Entertainment Centres (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Conversion Assistant to help us turn inbound leads into booked calls and confirmed party bookings for several entertainment venues. This is a remote, part-time role requiring approximately 12 hours per week at $7/hour, with commission available for each party successfully booked.

About the Role

You’ll be the bridge between lead generation and bookings, engaging with warm leads via SMS and email through Go High Level. Your job is to guide interested leads through the booking process and ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks.

What You’ll Be Doing

Classify inbound responses as positive or negative
Nurture positive responses into online bookings or scheduled calls
Follow up with leads who say they’ll book to make sure they do
Confirm that phone calls happened as planned
Update tracking spreadsheets with booking statuses
Identify upcoming birthdays and add leads to follow-up automations

Strong organization and follow-up skills
Comfortable using Go High Level, email, and spreadsheets (training provided)
Reliable and able to manage your own time
Consistent weekly availability
