Jobs Skills & Time Analysis

We are a small community organisation operating in Leeds with approx 25 full and part-time staff. We are looking for a suitable individual to come in and undertake a short analysis of the core tasks each member of staff has to deliver on a weekly basis and provide an indicator of the number of hours each individual should be allocated to carry out these responsibilities.
Staff roles vary and include; finance, admin, project workers, youth workers and management team functions.
