Job sales tracker - Smart Sheet

Hi, i need a opportunity/sales tracker for our business with auto populate, customer, date, and auto populates a unique job number dependant on client.

I also need when the PO is received it highlights the value Green, and then drags this information through to a summary sheet in a PIE graph, I have attached at present a template, as you can see the job number is unique, but want a initial of our client in front of the number

Everything needs to be auto populate, so when filtering nothing is missed by a spelling error
