IT process document with process flow chart & document

I have created a flow chart of the process of moving documents from SharePoint 2013 to AWS for archiving and from Sharepoint 2013 to SharePoint online.

I need to update parts in the flow chart of developing detail, Capturing metadata using PowerShell and sending it to SQL when sending information from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint online, and how this is automated.

Also to add in the process using PowerShell from SharePoint 2013 to AWS and to automate.

I also need a swimlane of this process as well.
