I need someone to transcribe from scanned invoices onto a spreadsheet. It requires a bit of thought as there a few different invoices from 7 different suppliers. If the same product has been ordered more than once the description will need to match so we can consolidate the volume. There are approx 150 invoices for deliveries to 2 different sites for the month of November 23. I can make them available on Dropbox.
The details to be recorded on a template which we will provide are:
Supplier Name, Invoice Number, Date of delivery, Product Description, Unit of Measure, Quantity, Net Price, Total and name of site.
Anything you are unsure of please do not guess but leave and I can complete.
Project needs to be completed in next few days if possible.
A copy of the template to be used is attached and the first tab has been completed how the rest of the tabs need to be. One tab per supplier.
