We will provide emails (c.300), each with pdf files of invoices attached, an excel template, a procedure and a list of supplier names with their corresponding account numbers
2 tasks required:
Rename the pdf file as the Supplier account number, followed by the invoice numbers & then - PPH
Enter the details of the invoice onto an excel template following the procedure provided (template file attached)
Return the renamed files and excel sheet to us
