Inputting 2,500 email addresses onto a spreadsheet

Please read this carefully before submitting a proposal :)

I have a significant number of emails in a folder (around 2,500). The First name, Second name, email address, and location need to be put into a spreadsheet.

It is very difficult to work out how long this will take, so I am looking for someone with high integrity i.e. honest in order to work on a per hour basis.

I would like this done within a week. It is important someone is conscientious and doesn't make mistakes.
