Important Research for Odour Control for Waste Company

As a company we offer odour control systems for waste facilities, and we need help finding leads for this. I am needing someone who can produce a list of companies who have had a significant number of odour complains, whether on social media (facebook, twitter) or local newspapers, google maps, etc within the past 3 years.

The leads need to be in Nordics or Benelux regions (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Iceland, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg) , they need to be a anaerobic digestion/biogas/municipal waste/EFW waste sites (not a wastewater site or landfill!), and there needs to be proof that these companies have had significant complaints against the smell they are producing by screenshots. Dropbox is best way to share this.

Hoping for around 200-300 leads per region (for both Benelux and Nordics), and I will pay £2 per lead.
