Import from 1 excel doc to another by matching a specific column

I need the data from dial around excel sheet imported into Citybridge worksheet. Must match by phone number and if there is a match a need the dial around amount from the dial around spreadsheet imported into the dial around column of the city bridge worksheet. There will be many that do not have a match. I need a list of the remaining ones on the dial around spreadsheet that do not have a match on the citybridge spreadsheet.
