I need to learn how to use Microsoft Teams

Hi I am from the medical industry and my new role will involve using Microsoft Teams to manage different teams and people remotely. I am not very IT savvy and a bit of a Luddite! so I need someone who is patient, but a good teacher who is proficient in what I need who can show me how to use Teams effectively remotely. I was thinking of 2 x one-hour sessions to start with to help set up and go through the basics and we can see if this works.
