I need to create a database

I need to create a database in Excel (a standard one - name of the company, all contact details, contact person - I'll send it in detail to the person I'll start working with) on all the companies listed on this website (http://www.legal500.com/books/l500/directory) - starting from letter F.

I'll need all the details about the company and details of Senior partners/managing partners/Chairmen etc. from the "main work contacts" part. Nothing else (no lawyers details required). So, basically, the information about the company and 1-2-3 contacts if there is any Senior partners/managing partners/Chairmen etc listed (the lawyers on specific field are not required). Please, see the sample attached.

How much will it cost and how long will it take? (Do not pay attention to the budget and level - just did not know what to enter)
