I need the data off an existing spreadsheet input into a new csv file format

I have an existing spreadsheet and require the data transferred onto a new style spreadsheet. Once this is done I need the new spreadsheets blank columns filled with new data supplied by me via audio file.This is an ongoing project over the next month and there will be approx 250 of these to do .Rows per spreadsheet vary but can be upto approx 50.I have attached an example of the original spreadsheet and an example of the updated and completed spreadsheet Please cost per completed spreadsheet
