I need someone to interview candidates

I am currently interviewing candidates for my English nanny agency based in Spain but I need someone to take over and conduct the interviews for me so I can focus on other aspects of the business. They are only a brief 10-minute interview to basically verify their identity, check their level of English and ask if they are willing to do a background check. I would potentially like them done on Zoom so they can be recorded and I can check them, and I'd like a a small write up of summary notes from each interview.
