I need someone to help me clean up an excel sheet

Hi and thank you for looking visiting my job.

I have an excel sheet of all the councils in the UK (about 435 entries). I need help in organising all the data into the correct columns. For example Name of Council, Address 1,2,3, Postcode, Phone and website (7 columns).

This is probably a job for someone for know excel functions, it might be hard work separating the data individually.

I have attached a sample of the data. I'm looking to award this job asap and I need it completed no later than Friday, 10th July. If you have any questions please ask.
