I need someone to book venues for a business event

We are a Will and Estate planning business and as a way to get enquiries for our services we operate a marketing stand at local events, garden centres and shopping centres. We are looking for someone to make calls to these venues and find firstly what they might charge for us to stand at their venue for the day and secondly to go back to them and book the most cost effective venues. We are looking for you to find out the cost, negotiate and book the venue for us to be able to stand there between 10am and 4pm. This would be a trial at this stage to see if this would be cost effective for us. We would provide a list of venues for you to call.
