Hi,
I am looking for someone to design me an access database so I can manage my accountancy business and clients. Ideally, I am looking for my Access Database to do the following
Put in client details
Put in what services clients have from me
Each deadline for the service
Whether this work has been completed yes/no
Need to link it into excel and then generate an invoice for a client (so another table I guess) with different pre-defined fields of the type of invoice. It should then transfer this into excel on a predefined invoice template. The invoice should automatically be numbered.
Have the clients paid invoice etc – how they are paying etc
In the database, I will need you to set up queries which shows
-what work is due each month so we can plan
-tick of this work when done
-what invoices are outstanding
-I should also be able set letter templates which sends an email to customer if an invoice is still outstanding etc
For you Excel/Access Pro this should be a walk in the park as I am only looking at someone design this and test it through with a few datas. You need to ensure you have given the correct relationships between different tables.
This is more a CRM task then an accounting software for those that are getting confused.
