I need medical documents editing and uploading to a platform

I’m looking for someone with excellent skills in written English and attention to detail to edit and upload information to an online platform.

I will provide 10 word documents containing details of medical procedures in layman’s terms. Certain sections will need to be copied/pasted and edited to fit into a table in MS Word.

From there they will need to be entered into our online platform. This will require copy/pasting and manipulating the layout using our intuitive platform.

The documents are split into many sections on the platform and will require some familiarity (which will be gained after completing the first few).

They will also need to remove certain sections on each of the documents (precise instructions will be given). I will provide very clear instructions and a demo of what I want.

Each document should take approximately 15 minutes to complete when familiar with the process. It is likely to take slightly longer at first. The job needs to be completed within 3 days of being awarded the job. The job will be awarded within 24hours.

I will hire 3 candidates on this occasion. After this trial of 10 documents, I will choose the one with the best work to do more.


The successful candidate can look forward to a lot more similar work in the future if done speedily and to a high quality. It is likely to appeal to someone with a simple knowledge of medical terms e.g. experience as a medical secretary. However, anyone that is smart, with good English and an excellent eye for detail should apply.
