Estimated project duration: 1 - 6 months
I'm looking for someone dependable and organised, who I can rely on and can help me with my administrative tasks.
To start with, this will mainly involve phoning estate agents during they day and booking property viewings for myself and my business partners that will fit in with our calendars. In the beginning, I will be passing properties to you to arrange the viewings.
Once this is working well, I hope that moving forward you'd be able to take on the task of identifying the properties that fit some criteria that I'll specify, in addition to you arranging the viewings.
Moving forward, I'd like this to progress to you performing an assessment on the properties. I'll of course provide you with the criteria and procedure for assessment, but will also be happy to hear about your ideas.
In addition to the above, there will be some general miscellaneous tasks that I'd be grateful if you could perform.
Lastly, I should say that these tasks are going to evolve with time as my business changes and adapts.
The crucial thing for me is that I'd have to be able to contact you on weekends and evenings, as I work full-time.
Initially the work won't take longer than a few hours per week, and this will rise as I gain confidence and offload additional work if you're keen.

- Willing to use/learn how to use Trello to manage the work
- Willing to use Google calendar to arrange viewings
- Ability to communicate by phone evenings and weekends
- Good analytical skills
