I need help making files in excel and answering emails

To whom it may concern,

Company director will provide full support to create a long-term work relationship. Need someone to write to suppliers and make excel files for importing products, in English.

We have a large company and I am launching our newest brand. We are importers with 18 years of experience and 4 retail brands in South America. I need help managing the supplier communications and the files (invoices, changes, sampling, import documents...)

No previous experience importing needed other than strong excel skill, writing skills and general work experience (I need someone who is on top of things!)

To start, I need your help creating an excel which summarizes all the changes I requested for an order of women's clothing. I will send you the conversation and you can help me to put these changes into an excel.
