I need help in formatting a word document - I cannot seem to navigate my document and there are too many gaps

I am out and will be back home in 5 hours. I would be grateful if we could do this together maybe on skype so I can learn the process

I am getting a lot of proposals for doing the job but none that includes time to actually teach me how you did it

Please do not message me if you are not willing to go over the process with me on skype
