Hello! I am co-founder of a small "growth" agency and my part is mostly focused on SEO. I'm finding a large bit of my time every week is consumed compiling reports. I need you log in to 3 places and compile a KPI report for 2-3 clients each week. I estimate 2-4 hours a week is probably what it will take.

The places are Google analytics, SEMrush and possibly another depending on the client.

I have a custom report template in Google sheets (basically excel) that I would need you to "fill in the blanks" each week.

    It would be two days of the week. Monday morning and Thursday morning (two separate projects).

    If compiling these reports takes "a large bit of my time" each week, why do think the effort will be 2 - 4 hours per week. Is your budget flexible, or do you expect work for less than $15/hr?

    Fair question. My actual beginning budget for this was $20 an hour but when I added a deposit it change the way the job was posted. As far as taking a good amount of my time each week I have a tendency to spend too much time on these reports than is necessary, and if I have an established report template and a system for getting the numbers in on time and on a deadline I'm hoping to streamline my process.
