I need data transferred from an excel sheet onto microsoft word letter template

I have an excel spreadsheet with 80 names and addresses and I will need all those transferred separately onto a letter template in MS Word.

Note, as per our company policy, you will need to download, sign and email back a non-disclosure agreement.

Addition: Just because I am getting the same question over and over again in my messages, yes I am aware of the mail merge function in word myself, however I believe in providing jobs on PPH, giving people opportunities to start off on PPH and I am a little bit to busy myself at the moment to get all tangled up in admin work. Hope this clears it up for some of you.
