I need data extracted from a website and entered into a spreadsheet

I am compiling a database of holiday destinations.

I need EVERY country in the world, and place within each country extracted from the following website: http://www.lonelyplanet.com/places.

This job is perhaps more suitable for someone who can extract the data using software, because it will take a very long time to do it manually.

If you click on each of those countries, you find a list of places within those countries. For example, if you click on Kenya then you get a list of places in Kenya

If you click 'see more' and you get more places in Kenya. Sometimes you can also click see more at the bottom of the page and get even more destinations. I need all the places in every country.

Most of the destinations or places also have introductory text. It would be good to get this too, if the software allows it.
