I need data entry assistance

We have 133 competition entrants that we need to transfer from emails to a spreadsheet.

The fields are as follows:

Name:
Email:
Tel:
Answer 1:
Answer 2:
Referral:
Postcode:
T&Cs Agreed:

The first 28 entries have no postcode (as we added it in at a later date)

Not sure if excel or a word doc with tables is the best options as there are some lengthy answers. Will leave that to you!
