I need content from a website copied and pasted into a word document

I am developing a website for a client. The site is under development at summit.digitalrevolutionco.com. The password to access the site is "Summit".

I need one word document created that includes the content of each page on the site and proceeding across the main menu from left to right and include all submenus from top to bottom. For example, the headings on the document should be:

Home
About
Heat
Heat > Heating Installation
Heat > Heating Repairs
etcetera...

I only need the headings and body text of each page copied and pasted into the document - no images. The text should not be altered in any way.
