I need assistance to list properties to a a property portal

Hi,

I need administration support to help with uploading 120+ properties to an online property portal. All instructions will be provided in a video onboarding. To give a good a representation of the project, please below;

Step 1:
There is a google sheets with all the property information such as number of bedrooms, bathrooms, pricing etc. as well as the URL link to the property

Step 2:
You will then list property to the online property portal by including;

- pricing - provided in a google sheets
- uploading pictures - downloading from our property website and re-uploading to online property portal
- providing property description and summary - a template will be provided, so it will be just copy and paste
etc - again all information will be provided

Step 3:
After listing property, you will then set a messaging template for all incoming inquiries - this template will also be provided to you.
