I need an excel spread sheet to track tasks

I would like an excel spreadsheet with the following headings

Task Title - Details - Assigned to? - Date submitted - Due Date - Priority - completed date

I need the due date to be linked to the priority so that the closer to the due date it is the redder the priority goes (like traffic lights green amber red)
I also need some kind of way to email me at rick@rdbba.co.uk if a task has gone past its due date.
