I need an Excel file with a list of product and prices comparison from websites

General information for the business: We sell strings and accessories for musical instruments
Industry: Business
Description of excel work: I need to make an excel file/catalogue price list, with a list of products and their prices, a copy practically from a catalogue (Pages 66-106 + 145-149 approximately). Check the attachment to see 2 pages of the catalogue and the kind of products that must be copy. The file will be sent as a PDF.
After it must be added in a separate column the prices from 1 or 2 websites for each product. The one website is for sure the:
https://www.paganino.com/strings/violin-strings/
And at the end we will find a formula to use for my prices.
It will be nice if it is possible to have an easy update option form the pdf file or from the websites if this is possible.
