I need an eBay Dropship Lister/product research expert/ VA

I need a virtual assistant who will research potential eBay drop shipping products to list on Ebay UK, I will provide the tools/software that will make your job a million times faster and easier, so no spending hours just to research if an item is profitable, I will provide cutting edge software eBay research software where you can spend just several minutes on each product and you will upload it on a google spread sheet/excel sheet.

I am looking for someone who will stay long term thus this will be an on going work/basis. The software I will provide will give you data on price, competition, how many times the item sold in the last 30 days etc., then you will upload on google sheet that has specialist formulas that will automatically work out if the item is profitable, no more spending hours on eBay figuring out if an item is profitable, with this fast research tool I expect an average of 50 items a day researched. If things work out I will hire you on a permanent basis and might also employ you to fulfil orders in the near future if we get sales rolling in, If sales increase, then I will hire another virtual assistant, you will train future virtual assistants and manage them to take care of sales and research and you will keep an eye on them as a manager. I need someone who has experience, but also trustworthiness and honest and flexibility. If after several weeks i will also pay a commission for each time sold that you researched on top of the fixed weekly paid salary.

NB: I will pay weekly, no waiting monthly to be paid, it will be a fixed salary each week, any items that successful sell, there will be a commission after, fixed weekly hours, weekly pay every Friday.
