I need an accurate touch typist

I have a client who is an author who has written out his book chapters by hand (in English). The handwriting is pretty good but the subject does not make too much sense. There are approx 22 handwritten sheets. I type them at approx 10 minutes per sheet (I am 70 wpm). There are french accents, graves and degree symbols etc. here and there which also need to be included. It must be typed exactly as author has written please. I show a sample of one page.
