I need a virtual assistant who's friendly and confident on phone and email

I run a yoga business, as well as a confidence coaching. I need someone to do follow up sales calls and texts to potential clients who have had their free taster class and not signed up. Also other admin phone calls. Need to be ok with mailchimp as that's where my client database is.
I also need someone who can do reply and follow up emails and texts as well as send a newsletter each week.
Would like to do a trial of a couple of hours.
