I'm looking for a proactive and communicative virtual assistance who demonstrates a lot of initiative to help me withh the running of my property business.
I have a number of buy to lets that need to be managed (e.g. tenant change over), tenants need to be communicated with, and regular jobs (e.g. gas safety certificates) need to be organised.
I also am looking to purchase further buy-to-lets, and looking for someone who can find properties online according to criteria I set, and organise viewings.
I would also need you to be good at building relationships and carrying out research.
To set expectations, I will be rather light tough and expect that you take the initiative to ensuring various jobs get done. We'll have a weekly video call to discuss the following week's work.
I will increase the hourly rate to £18 after the first 6 months depending on performance, and then incrementally increase it as you help me grow my business, in proportion with the growth.
The minimum amount of work tends to be be at least 8 hours a month but can exceed 25 hours a month during busy periods. I expect the minimum to grow as the business starts to grow.
Experience working within the property industry is somewhat desirable but by no means essential. Being organised and the gumption to get things done swiftly and with a high standard is what I'm looking for.
