I need a talented PA who wants a longer term job with a growing business

Hello!

I am looking for a PA who can work with me on an on-going basis, get to know my business over time and simplify / streamline my life and work. I am the Managing Director for a company called KDVI - www.kdvi.com and work just gets increasingly busier! I need to find someone who is personable over the phone, can work well with my team, is very organised (as I am not), who can understand my business, who can help me prioritise and sort emails, plan my travel, arrange meetings, take notes, do small bits of research, and occasionally help me with family stuff, etc. I am not always in my office, but ideally, this person could work with me at my office in London a min of 2 days per week - and maybe more (or virtually). This is a job that could eventually become full time if we continue to grow at the same rate.
