I need a professional excel spreadsheet design

I work as a self employed manager for a Building company. I manage the contracts including pricing quotes, programming, invoicing for the builder, and also invoicing for my work.
Please could you quote for designing an excel spreadsheet that tracks construction projects from initial enquiry through to invoicing the client. Details attached. I would like you to give suggestions to enhance the design.
