I need a powerpoint presentation made perfect

A recent update due to slight change of direction of project, but core requirements much the same.
I have a powerpoint presentation with content but no graphics to tell the story. I have the layout of the slides and slide headings with bullet lists etc..
Will provide content once Freelancer is selected.
A sample of related content is uploaded in pdf file.
Not a deal breaker if not possible: but would be ideal if this pdf was used as a sample, to submit with proposal, as an example of ability and creativity.
Project will be awarded in the next 48 hrs all proposals considered.
There is scope regarding future projects for the right candidate.
