Experience Level: Intermediate
I need you to call my local lettings agents and effectively book in viewings for me. My availability is all day Mondays and Fridays from 8am to 6pm. I need approximately 1 hour between the start of each viewing.
My company is called Clarendon property solutions and we are property investors.
Target: 1. get viewings for properties booked in.
2. note down which agents are willing to work with us so we can follow up on them.
Property criteria: property must be up for let, must be within a 5 mile radius to a town centre (most likely Maidstone). Must be nice sized rooms and 'spacious', number of rooms doesn't matter. No ex council properties. If 1 or 2 bed property then location is key and must be near town centre and train station.
About us:
We are property investors who work with companies to source accommodation for their staff (tenants are young working professionals). We will be filling each individual bedroom to optimize the property.
We as a company will then take on the management of the property and maintain it to the same standard as when first viewed. We are looking to build a working relationship with an agent and acquire multiple property's, for this we guarantee their commission every month. We all so guarantee landlords rent every month as the payment is set up through our account. and lastly if the property is in need of a refurb but meets the rest of our criteria we will fund the refurb with the company and so it wont cost the landlord or agent a penny to do so.
