I have a proposal document which is in Adobe pdf and I need it changed to a MS Word document which can be edited in Word on Windows PCs. The document is 4 pages of A4. All the copy has been written and the design has already been done - it just needs to be transposed into a Word.doc - literally cut and paste

    Is there any chance that I could see the pdf before I make a bid only some items cannot just be copied and pasted from pdf?
