I need a data scraper/miner

I’m looking for someone reliable to manage ongoing data scraping, data mining, and data collection for my business. The role involves collecting and refreshing data every month for a fixed fee of £30 per month. I previously had someone working on this project but was let down repeatedly — they kept giving me times and promises without delivering. I can’t run my business that way, so I need someone who works on time, communicates clearly, and delivers exactly what’s agreed.

The job is to perform data scraping, data mining, and data collection from the web for independent, in-store retail businesses across the UK. These businesses must have physical premises where customers pay in-store because I sell card machines and payment solutions. For each business, I need data scraping and data collection to capture the owner’s name (if available), business name, contact email, phone number, and full address. All data must be accurate, up to date, and verified to ensure the business is still active and trading from a physical location.
