I need a custom excell spreadsheet to organize my offices

I need a simple excell functioning custom calculator just like the one provided that will automatically generate the correct calculations for my employee. I would also like the ability to change the % on "House split" if i ever want to.

Example of use:
1: I put in the deal name
2: The date of the deal
3: The business Name
4: The commission amount
5: Service Fee amount
6: Then have it combine the commission amount and service fee under the label " Total Commission"
7: 30% House split. This is were it will deduct the company percentage. I would like to be able to edit the % if i ever ant too.
8: Then this is the total commission
9: the date paid.
10: I would like on the bottom to show like I put on the example the total house commission (Company) and Total iso (Employee)

I pretty much put the example right on the picture.
