I need a contractor to assist uploading photos & data to a website

I am looking to recruit a contractor to manage uploading new data (pictures / text & information) to our website for clients.

Necessary Skills:
-Proficiency with copy/paste, short-cut key commands and efficiently navigating computer work flows.
-Basic proficiency with spreadsheets - Excel, Numbers, OpenOffice or browser based equivalents.
-Basic proficiency navigating websites
-Basic proficiency cropping, sizing and editing photos in Paint (Windows) , Preview (Mac), Photoshop, Pixlr (browser based) or similar programs.

Qualifications:
-Fluent English
-Reliable internet connectivity
-Flexibility working hours
-Commitment to meeting deadlines

Workload:
-There will be ongoing work. We are looking for a reliable contractor who can learn our requirements and be available to complete jobs on a revolving basis with a quick turnaround.
