I need a book-keeper

I’m Peter Smith aged 68 from Glastonbury. I need help with my book-keeping for the Tax Year, April 24/25. My accountant submits my tax return after I send him my books but this year my computer is down and I am struggling with them on an iPad and my phone.
There are a year’s worth of bank transactions from three accounts and no cash transactions or receipts. There is a Starling business account for my counselling practice and also a Nationwide current account as well as a Lloyds credit card account.
I currently have three sources of income. There is my state pension and I also have a lodger a lodger. In addition I have an online counselling practice which I am currently integrating with my original 50 yr career in visual arts and relaunched as an art therapy/counselling practice in April.
I’m using an excel Sole Trader Cash Book recommended by my accountant but without much success.
If I sent all the statements for the three accounts and details of the free excel Sole Trader Cash Book along with a list of the appropriate Account Codes how much will it cost and how long will it take for you to prepare my books please?
