I need a 57 page scanned document typed into Word (.doc)

I have an old 57 page document that has been scanned that I need typed into MS Word format. The document was originally typed on a typewriter and although its easy to read, the OCR or PDF to Word conversion utilities make a mess of the job. The document is around 30 000 words long. There is no major urgency around delivery but it needs to be accurate. The sample attached is typical although there are some pages which have less text.
