Hello ,
I'm looking for a UK based Virtual Assist, PA agency.
I need help managing a handful of day-to-day tasks within my business.
I have a company offering marketing services to Estate Agents - Photography, Floorplans etc
We do things a little differently and all of our ‘photographers’ are self employed and we dish out the jobs as we see fit, rather then employing in the traditional sense.
I am looking for support in 3 key areas of my business:
1. New photographer (we call them operators) onboarding
2. New customer (Esate Agent) onboarding
3. Job booking management.
We have spent a lot of time creating automated process, guides and templates for of these steps. Each one doesn't take long and is easy to do.
Is this the kind of thing you would be able to support me with?
