We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Online Property Manager to manage a portfolio of rental properties via digital platforms. This remote role focuses on tenant communication, operational coordination, and optimizing property performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee residential and/or commercial properties listed on online platforms (such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and company websites)
Manage daily communication with tenants and guests via email, phone, and messaging tools
Maintain, update, and optimize online property listings
Respond to tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
Previous experience in property management or real estate administration is not mandatory, but considered a strong advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple properties at the same time
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
Intermediate or advanced level of English
